Your Team :
Documentary and Guarantee Operations (DGO) is a team within the Corporate Banking Operations (CBO) department. The business in New York concerns the booking of standby letters of credit (SBLC’s), demand guarantees, and documentary credits (i.e. import and export L/C’s).
The team works closely with the International Trade Banking (ITB) front office to record new transactions and amendments to existing deals. The team also communicates directly with clients.
Your missions :
Your main mission will be to:
– Process and track LC invoices ;- Coordinate with HO, other branches and ITB front office ;- Prepare monthly statistics across all CBO-NY activities ;- Assist with projects to upgrade systems ;- Lead internal CBO projects to improve our processes through automation, streamlining, or other innovations.
SKILLS SETS/ EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimal education level :
Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality :
Academic background: University.
